"A real first"

Why didn't I think of this before? A) I love writing about my thoughts B) I love reading about other people and C) I occasionally like to pretend like work is included in anything that may happen on the computer. In short, this blog is long-past due.

Although it's not as if I'm doing anything substantial in my life to blog about. A bit of a catch 22 really, if you think about it.

I'm moving. Don't know where yet, but was given the ultimadim to stay and pay all the rent/find a new roommate or leave. I chose the 'leave' option mostly because I know, in my heart, that I don't want to live with someone I don't know. I barely want to live with people I do know. So Sarah, the suddenly anti-social has no place to live because she is so anti-social.

Also, I'm not sure how much of you know this (yes, all one person out there reading) but I don't have cancer. And, yes, I recently thought I had. Apparently I do, however, have a "mass" now defined as a "cyst." And for this "mass" they poked, prodded and all-together violated me to find pictures of it... and are now doing nothing about it. Just looking at it later. Medicine really isn't what you think it is. I'm consistantly amazed at how often the diagnosis is "let's just look at it for later." Thank you, too, Medicine. (stupid medicine...)

I'll keep up on this whole "blog to the universe" thing later... but it's nice to find and be found.

Timms! Blogging is full of good times. Sorry about the cancer, or not cancer. Either way it seems like a lot of stress.

Anyway, you should definitely add a new potential answer to your guy flowers poll. The new answer should read "other" as in some other way of showing affection. After all, any guy would like something like a hat, or a power tool, or a Wii, or an iPhone, or a hand-knitted oven mitt. But because these things are somewhat broad in scope it may be better just to stick with the "other" category.

Good to hear from you.

i found you!

i had not heard about the possible-cancer, but i'm so glad that it seems to all be well. i've actually been thinking about you quite a bit lately, but i have failed to get in touch with you. i'm glad you're blogging; it may be a shallow kind of staying in touch, but i like it :)

i hope you're doing well. take care of yourself.
